A reflection on contemporary creation in order to contribute to raising awareness of the great female talent that exists in cultural settings. This is from the conviction that culture is the place where the seeds of social transformations are planted and that one day we will have a more egalitarian society.

La Pedrera in a female tone 2019
The first edition has programmed three sessions with leading female personalities in the fields of theatre (22/10), music (29/10) and dance (7/11). Simultaneously a visual account of the conversations is created - by the playwright Raquel Tomàs -, and each session concludes with an artistic performance that, from different scenes and registers, as well as generational diversity, brings great reflections on gender and / or feminist demands.
The aim of the cycle is to stimulate thinking by giving a voice (and generating debate) to the widest possible number of views and to show creations that incorporate sensitivity and / or discourse in the gender perspective in the different artistic fields that the Foundation works: dance, music and theatre.
