Mercè Boada Rovira

PhD in Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and neurology specialist. Founder and medical director of the ACE Foundation. Barcelona Alzheimer Treatment & Research Centre until 1995. President of the Catalan Neurology Society until 2002.

Currently:

Mercè leads a number of projects financed by Spanish, European and private institutions. AES, H2020, EFSD, ERA-NET, IMI2, La Caixa Foundation. She is the principal investigator on numerous clinical trials, and the author of over one hundred medical articles and books. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Alzheimer's Consortium (EADC).
