Carme Borbonès Brescó

PhD in Education from the University of Barcelona and researcher at the CSIC. Director of Caritas Diocese of Tarragona until 2008, and advisor at Caritas Spain and President of Caritas Catalonia until 2016.

She is currently:

Honorary director of the Chair of Social Inclusion at the URV. Member of the Governing Board of the Health and Social Network of Hospital Sant Pau and Santa Tecla in Tarragona. Member of the board of trustees and secretary of the Christian Catalonia foundations for Evangelisation and Culture, and the Human and Christian Message. President of the People and Democracy Association. Member of Càritas Diocesana of Urgell. Lecturer at the Faculty of Theology of Catalonia.
